We have created this blog so that our loved ones can keep track of what we're up to (be it exciting or otherwise). After about 23 hours in a U-Haul, we arrived in Chicago on September 1st. We quickly unloaded our truck (with the help of some strong dudes) and set up our new nest. It already feels like home.

We live on the ninth floor of a building in Hyde Park, just a few blocks from the lake.We are able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere, which is nice right now, but probably won't be as exciting when winter comes.
